QoS Service not installed

I’m currently having an issue installing the Wave Engine 5.3 on Server 2003 R2. It’s producing the following error message.

Windows QoS Service is not installed or not available. Please ensure QoS Service is installed and set to Automatically start.

Any assistance is appreciated.

You will need to download and install the WAVE 5.3 hotfix 2 communicator. Please send a request to support@twistpair.com for the download details.
