When I use Cisco Ip phone to dial in to WAVE session of media server, I can hear a notification tone, where is the tone (or sound file) defined? Is there a way to modify it?

Remember to email support@twistpair.com for non-SDK support requests, these forums are intended for user to user support but that isn't always the fastest way to get an answer.
On your Management Server goto System > Audio Files. I believe the file you want to change is conf_join.raw. This needs to be a 8kb mono audio file, I think. Once you figure out which file you want to change you will have to search your hard drive for the file name to find out where it resides. It will be somewhere in the Program Files/Twisted Pair Support/WAVE.
