Help Needed - Unicast config

Hi,

I have now successfully set up a multicast server however after configuring it found that the network does not support multicast. I have followed the instruction given on the manual but still no joy.

I created a unicast zone under the default multicast zone but I am unable to place it under the multicast zone. Would be grateful if you can provide further assistance on setting up a standalone unicast server.

Please email support@twistpair.com if you need to open a support ticket.

If you configure a subordinate unicast zone you can point it to the top zone's Media Server. If you're trying to put that Media Server in the second unicast zone then perhaps you should simply make the default zone unicast instead.
