"Unable to register any extensions"

Hi,

In the Dialer of WAVE Dispatch Communicator shows "Unable to register any extensions". I'm connecting into server sandbox.twistpair.com user cse. Is the calling feature currently being disabled?

You need to use a User and Profile that have been correctly configured with telephony. What user are you connecting as? Someone else may be using that extension.

I'm using User: cse, Profile: King County, Zone: Default. I also tried different users and profiles e.g sandbox1 - Washington Profile and cse - trainingtest profile. I was able to use the user cse and profile King County for quite sometimes without any issue. Is it possible to use different extension?
