WAVE 4.8 and win2008srvr IIS Installation

I am installing 4.8 on a Windows 2008 Server platform. All of the IIS components seem to be individually installable depending upon your needs. I have been pouring over the documentation and am not able to locate the requirements that WAVE 4.8 has related to IIS on the Win2008Srvr platform. I am sure that it is there and I am just not able to find the details.

Can anyone provide to me a list of IIS components that are required for 4.8 on the 2008srvr OS?

The WAVE Installation Guide found in the install package has a section on what options to enable in IIS7. The name of the PDF is WAVE_4.8.1_InstallationGuide.pdf.

I have succesfully set up my Win2008Srvr with WAVE Management Server - I have installed a Media Server on the same platform. I am getting the following error indication on the Media Servers page "Failed to notify server. ERR: Cannot open server connection".

I have disabled the firewall. Any suggestions?
