SIP phone RTP QOS marking

I noticed that Dispatch Communicator is marking the multicast RTP packets with EF but not the phone traffic.
How can I make the SIP phone mark the outbound traffic?

Are you certain that you're not looking at only the SIP signaling packets? Those will not have QoS but the RTP packets should. There is no way to turn this feature on or off in Dispatch; it's always enabled.
