One of our engineers was on a customer site and came across this problem. While there may be more than one solution to this problem here is what they had to do.
Version Info: WAVE 4.7, Windows Server 2008
Issue: You can access the Management Server via IE using a loopback address but when you try the IP of the NIC the web page fails to load.
Solution: If you're using proxy settings in your web browser make sure they work, or disable them.
