Does the engine/dispatch support shared line BLF?

Quick question about the sip softphone included in the dispatch communicator - does it support shared line BLF (Busy Lamp Field) to be able to monitor Line Status Hints (On Hook, Of Hook, Busy...)

I moved your post to its own thread in Telephony Integration.

The answer is unfortunately no at this time. The best we can do is shared lines with multiple appearance ringing - not BLF.

We are looking into it tho and may be considered a feature for our next release. If this is something you really need, please let your AE know so we can take that into consideration.
