Audio Mysteriously Disappears...

It works fine for a good hour, and then it just stops receiving audio with no indication, although it still shows when other users are transmitting. If I reload the settings it works properly untill the problem repeats. Could someone please help me with this?

Can you please provide more information?

Please email support@twistpair.com and include as much information as possible: WAVE DB, router config, network diagram etc.

At first glance it sounds like a multicast routing issue, or a supernode configuration issue, if you're using that technology.
