Here is a bit of info from one of our customers:
Need to be careful with the gov customers and the optos…
The bootup e-lead off works great if they have the right IOS and they have newer cards than ver 5.1..if they don’t this will not work…some of the gov customers are still on 12.3
A lot of these folks have older cards, so need to be careful..The rem 3HC still needs to be in place for the PSC-5 as it has a higher key line voltage and will lock up the ports on the EM cards..a shut / no shut doesn’t even work.. you have to do a hard reboot.
