In WAVE:
Interfaces > Gateway is defined.
User > Profiles > IP Telephony is checked and correct Gateway is selected.
Users > Users > username > E164 number(s) are defined as extensions for user
Peer is configured in H.323 gateway.
If you're not part of a domain and your H.323 Dialer is still grayed out, you may need to set your Primary DNS Suffix in Windows.
On Windows PC that's running WAVE Dispatch Communicator.
Start > Settings > Control Panel > System
Click on 'Computer Name' tab, then 'Change'.
in 'Computer Name Changes' window click on 'More'.
Now put something in the Primary DNS Suffix textbox. 'test' will suffice. It does not need to be correct.
Now click 'OK'.
After the reboot, your dialer should be functional now.
