1. Stop Desktop Communicator
2. Open a new text file in Notepad
3. Copy and paste these lines into the text file:
[LibTrace]
Name=Y
Level=Y
DateTime=Y
DeltaTime=Y
ThreadId=Y
[Supernode.General]
DebugLevel=7
DebugFlags=0
DebugToConsole=Y
4. Save the file as tpswave.ini - all lowercase - into C:\WINDOWS, assuming they're using Server 2003 and XP
5. Repeat this process for the MediaServer and also set Debug=Y in WAVEMediaServer.ini
6. Open DebugView
7. Start the MediaServer
8. Start the Desktop Communicator
9. When they experience loss of audio up the Supernode stream also start a wire trace
