Must have G729 listed as first Codec…or Only have G711.
If you do G711 and then G729…the system will connect, but you won’t here any audio because of a Codec mismatch.
Also, in order to get the 3.0 Dispatch…and it must be the 3.0 dispatch, not the SP3…dialer to work. You do all the same features as on a trunk going to a media server. So you need to give Dispatch a static address…but then the shuffling mode on the IP end point within Avaya CM, needs to be turned off for that trunk. The shuffling allows the IP endpoints to talk directly after the connection is made…and I found out at the Avaya trunk…that does not work…so the call needs to stay going through the Avaya CM.
