How to reset or remove Desktop Communicator database

Desktop Comm failed to reset the audio device list. After uninstalled the Desktop Comm, remove the WAVE in Program File folder, restart Window OS and installed the Desktop Comm. After startup the Desktop Comm, it still remember last login and audio device, even one of the audio device is no longer exist.

My question is where is the desktop comm persistence database located. How to uninstall the desktop comm including clean up all history data.

Here is the registry key where Desktop pulls it's information from:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VB and VBA program settings\TwistedPairSolutions\
